Terms and Conditions:

• Valid for first-time members only, must be 18 years and older.Must live or work locally.
• The pass entitles you to a trial membership at your selected Genesis Health + Fitness club.
• This 1-day pass gives you access to the gym floor and classes, including Reformer Pilates and Coaching Zone. (For classes pre-bookings will need to be made with our staff)
• A photo ID is required for entry.
• Only 1 x Free Trial pass per person in a 6-month time period.
• Genesis Health + Fitness may contact you (including by email, SMS, telephone or other means) for marketing purposes.
