For new gym members who are returning to an exercise regime, perhaps after recovering from an injury, or are entirely new to exercise, there is our Coaching Zone. Coaching Zone is a group training program in Belmont which consists of a combination of training and coaching. The program follows a series of hour-long sessions (45 minutes of training followed by 15 minutes of coaching) and is designed to help you review your own progress and inform you of lifestyle changes you could make to ensure the best possible results.

The aim is to make you feel comfortable in your new regimen, as well as educated on the correct levels of intensities in order to tailor an exercise routine which is sustainable as well as effective. Many of our members will start with Coaching Zone, and gain confidence with the support it provides, before moving to a fully-fledged Genesis Health and Fitness gym membership. Many members also love the community spirit and collaborative nature of Coaching Zone and will stick with that. There is no commitment, only flexibility. Still unsure? No problem: we offer a 7-day Coaching Zone free pass for new members aged 18 or over, who live or work locally.

If you would rather go it alone, we can help with that too! Our team of personal trainers are passionate and fully accredited. They are on hand to work with you one-on-one, tailoring your personal exercise regime to fit you perfectly.
