COVID-19: The Health and Safety of Members is Priority
All Genesis Health + Fitness clubs in Western Australia are operating at full service from Monday, 8 June. This includes the gym floor and group training, where applicable. Creches remain closed.

Membership payments will recommence from Monday, 8 June.
If you're a direct debit member:
Your payments will be processed on your normal billing cycle (from Monday, 8 June).
If you pay creche fees as part of your direct debit:
We have contacted the billing company and have removed this component from your membership.
If you've paid your membership in advance:
Your membership will recommence from Monday, 8 June, with your membership automatically extended to cover the weeks we were closed.

Thank you for supporting your Genesis Health + Fitness club during its closure period. As a token of thanks, you’ll continue to have Home Fitness Network access - completely free of charge, for the time being.
Love My Club members
You’ll receive a credit for the number of weeks you supported your club through your ‘Love My Club - Home Fitness Network’ access. This credit will be applied to your account on Monday, 8 June

Q: Is my Genesis Health + Fitness club currently open?

Q: I’m having trouble registering my account on the Genesis Health + Fitness app (i.e. wrong email)

Q: How do book into a class?
A: All class bookings need to be placed online through the Genesis Health + Fitness app ahead of time. You can download the app through your mobile device’s app store.

Q: Are the changerooms open?
A: No. While toilets are still accessible, changerooms are not. Please arrive ready to complete your workout and bring a towel. No towel, no train.

Q: Is the kids club creche open?
No. Our kids club creches remain closed for the time being.

Please also note: all visits to your Genesis Health + Fitness club must be booked online through the Genesis Health + Fitness app ahead of time.
Q: Does Genesis Health + Fitness have any online training programs?
A: Yes. We have an online training platform: Home Fitness Network. It’s available to members, guests and the general public, and contains many workouts and programs that can be completed at home.
All members can access Home Fitness Network for just $5 per week.
Public access is available for just $7.50 per week.
Q: I have a Fitness Passport membership can I still access the gym?
A: Yes. You will be hearing from Fitness Passport in the coming days but in the meantime you are welcome to download our app and book in to train with us.
Q: How long can I keep my membership suspended for if I cannot restart payments?
